"The hotel has a beautifully decorated lounge area, which aligns with its palatial history. The location is perfect. The room was simple but comfortable, with every essential amenity included: small frigobar, good size bathroom, nice shower, perfect pillows and bed. "It’s a very affordable and attractive option if your in Ávila close to the city walls we are here in October and it’s quite cold 43 degrees outside there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance this hostel is perfect for a couple and a family holiday the owners sister was very kind to us and helped sort out the heating system for us "

"Firstly, the staff were lovely - gave me the really quiet room that I’d requested and was very much appreciated! The location cannot be more central &, though an old traditional building, it has been well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. "Property located within the walls of Avilia. Researched first on their website, http://www.hostaldondiego.es/en/don_diego_hostel. Parking under the hotel and rooms air conditioned. Booked site and sent email requesting parking. On arrival noted no catering for disability. No one at reception so had to ring external doorbell. After a while a male let us in.
