This is an excellent property, bigger than a hotel, with more amenities, and so close to everything. We could walk where we wanted and always felt safe when we got home late. The staff was super friendly and communication was perfect. We will be coming back here when we stay I Aveiro!

Wonderful property in a great location. Pedro had great suggestions for restaurants and sites to see. Tourist area is just across the canal (5 min walk). Go to Ferreira Colchete for breakfast. Bacalhau & Afins and Salpoente for dinner. Visit the Arte Nova and take a boat ride on the canals. Parking garage is just across the street but there is free parking on the far side of the tourist area (10 min walk).

The welcoming staff were superb. Check-in was easy and quick. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed for our four day stay. The location was amazing. Close to everything. Walk out the door, cross the street , and you're in the middle of town! You'd never know you're so close to everything because the rooms themselves are so quiet. Our communication with the hostess was very enjoyable. We got all the information we could dream of and more. Upon our departure she even contacted us in order to drive us to the station. Claudia is really an incarnation of Portuguese hospitality and friendliness. Then the room was really very nice. Everything new and most tasteful. It should have considerably more than 5 stars. Lastly the location is as central as can be. Aveiro's charms right at hand.

We loved staying in this very clean, modern, beautiful, and cozy property. Excellent treatment from Claudia and Pedro who were very kind in receiving and giving us tips for restaurants and attractions, they provided us with a map which they explained so we can be able to walk around in the town, which by the way is possible to walk anywhere without having to use the car, great location. We recommend this place to stay and on our next visit, we will be staying again.

First, the owners are fabulously communicative and helpful. Second, the property is almost brand new and is immaculate. It has everything you need to do moderate self catering. The area is central to everything and Aveiro is a very walkable city. We walked 4.5 miles the first day and hardly noticed. The public garden-10 minute walk from the property-are a must see. There are numerous restaurants within 2-6 minutes walks. There are also 3 very nice shops around the corner selling local arts and crafts. Indulge in a pastel bacalhau around the corner and visit the top patisserie also less than a minute away. We highly recommend this property for short or long stays.

Most clean and awesome location. The place is even better than the pictures, we felt fortunate to stay there. Pedro came out to meet us and help us with the parking. We did pay 17 euro per day per parking when we left the parking lot very close by, a public parking lot underground and safe. We truly enjoyed Aveiro because of Pedro's place, in the middle of Old Town.
