Avalon Terrace Holiday Rentals

"This was my 2nd stay so I can now say that our great stay the 1st time wasn’t a fluke. My pup has a specialist vet in Mandeville and the closer “pet friendly” hotels charge a $75 fee (not deposit), which puts a basic room at almost $200. I took a chance on this property last month and will be a forever customer when traveling with my pup. There is no charge or deposit for 1 pet!!!! It’s not fancy and doesn’t have many amenities but the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable. I do splurge on the premium room and find the bed to be as comfy (if not more) than some pricier chains. I’m normally not a fan of exterior doors but when traveling with a pet, it’s perfect. I can back my car right up to my room so I’m not trying to haul all my stuff through a lobby while wrangling a pup. There’s no carpet (which I love) and there’s a coffeemaker, hairdryer, microwave , and fridge in the room. I’ll sum this up and say if you’re not looking for a lot of amenities and just want a clean room with excellent bedding that’s extremely budget friendly, this is it! "
