"This is just an unimaginably extraordinary hotel in a beautiful city. Felix and Arthur at the restaurant were just superb. The intimidating history of the property is immediately forgotten as soon as you walk in and walk the hotel. Food is delicious and the rooms, while cell-like (no pun intended) are comfortable. Don't let the history of the building scare you. This is a Jewel in Beziers. "

"I was asked for my credit card details to use “as a deposit” in case of problems with my room after I’d paid the room charge. My credit card now shows a charge of 311€ for no reason and I would like a refund as my room was left in good order. The bed was only adequate, the room was the usual standard size for this hotel chain (not very big) the breakfast was expensive considering the limited choice."
