"No staff after 9pm. Ran out of toilet paper. Shower had no pressure. TV didn’t work. This should be advertised as a zero frill, just sleep place to stay. We are in Prattville often. Won’t be back. "

"This hotel is extremely clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was cool and quiet. The shower had hot water and we had everything we needed for a one night's stay. It is not a fancy hotel, but it is very clean and perfect for passing through. "

"This hotel provided a very pleasant experience, and I particularly commend the exceptional staff. The individual who assisted with my check-in was both courteous and highly informative. My only reservation pertains to the mattress in room 122; it appears to be worn, particularly on the right side, which was quite noticeable. Otherwise, the room itself was aesthetically pleasing."

"Our room was beyond terrible. We had a 1 bedroom 2 bed, pullout suite. The pullout mattress had stains all over it and was so worn and thin it could not be slept on (though we didn’t want to with the stains). Every bar was palpable. The bathtub was so disgusting I couldn’t give my 2 and 5 year old a bath. It was lined with scum in the tub, curly black hair from whomever stayed last in it, something nasty on the shower walls. The towel rack had been ripped from the wall and was just shoved back in, not even fully hung back up. The trash had something disgusting running down the side. Our AC stopped working around midnight and was hot and muggy in the room. The manager was supposed to call me before checkout and that was yesterday. Still no call regarding a refund and I can’t reach anyone. "

"The staff was great. Breakfast was good. Wonderful location. Out fridge didn't work and the toilet needed adjustment every other flush. I would still stay here again because of the location and staff."

"Looks nice from the outside. Room was in poor condition. Missing handles on the drawers. Grout in bathroom missing and cracking. Obvious water damage issues in bathroom as well. Found garbage under desk as well. Not cleaned well for sure. Nice staff and good breakfast. Usually love comfort suites but this one was a notch below for sure. "
