My wife had a stroke and went blind in her left (in hospital 5 day and I had a mild heart attack 10 days later (in hospital 3 days) I could not cancel our room. I had to pay for a room despite incurring major unpreventable health issues. I tried several times and addresses to explain the situation offering doctor's proof. No Response. We got our airlines reimbursed and our 24 day Oceania cruise reimbursed BUT NOT OUR HOTEL ROOM.
