Our bedroom heater didn't work. Wouldnt give me money back or even a discount. Inside pool was dang near freezing. And our room card wouldn't work most of the time

It was one of the cleanest and quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was accommodating, professional and friendly. The continental breakfast included scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, fruit, cereal, juices, tea, etc. The coffee remained available all day and was excellent. I’ll definitely stay there again the next time I visit Austin. :)
