"Overall, the room was clean and bathroom was very nice! Staff was incredibly friendly at arrival, inconsistent if they were at the front desk or not for rest of the stay. The WiFi connection was very poor. The only other thing to note is that it is a decent walk from city center — nothing to do with the hotel, but location continued to be rated high in reviews and I was surprised by how long it took to walk in (I could have mapped it more closely so that’s on me). "Es un buen hotel para visitar la ciudad sin estar en el centro, tiene conexiones tanto en bus con una parada muy cerca y un poquito más retirado una parada de barco para ir por el río hacia el centro. El desayuno es el típico en esta cadena de hoteles, justo pero correcto."

"Great location. Friendly staff. No aircon, so not ideal during warm summers! We were also given an accessible family room, which was less than ideal. Toilet is very basic. No shower enclosure, just a flimsy curtain that separates the toilet seat from the shower area."

Revisiting hotel and Bordeaux

"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. You will find Mc Donald’s , Lindt and Starbucks on the way. If you need parking you need to pop into hotel to get the code and directions. When you park in the resid spots you will find a lift to take you up to reception. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The rooms are clean and have everything to cook and be comfortable. This time we were on the ground floor and layout was different. Previously we were high up and had the most wonderful view of river and bridge. But we asked for this well in advance. Usually shops in the centre are shut on a Sunday. But special circumstances of Xmas meant they were open. So much choice and a lovely city to visit. Xmas market was huge and so we ended up going back to hotel and ordering a Uber eats as exhausted. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel was clean, the staff were helpful. The area is surrounded by restaurants. It has good transport links and serval places were in walking distance. The only thing I would like to improve is the breakfast there isn’t much of a selection so there isn’t really a point in paying for it. "
