"Accommodations were a good size for the cost. The arrangement of the toilet outside of the actual room was a little funky but that's okay. Natalie was the only one we had contact with was not well suited for dealing with people. When are traveling companion was injured on a step in the hotel Natalie was more concerned about telling her that she should have let her know that she was not going to dinner at the restaurant that Natalie made a reservation for her. "Quite village, only 1 dining option but my goodness it was Michelin star level! The room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. WiFi was very poor in our room, and the toilet leaked when you flushed it unfortunately but that’s our only issues. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and the pool looked lovely. Definitely recommend to stay again! "

"This is a wonderful property convenient to everything. Mathieu is the best host we have ever had, making reservations and recommendations, delivering a fantastic breakfast daily, arranging for laundry service and assisting with the car park. Communications were excellent and timely utilizing What App. The room was a sizable suite and had everything we needed with kitchen facilities if desired. We would definitely stay again."

"A truly beautiful place with beautiful hosts. Amazingly well and newly refubished Maison with beautiful rooms. Pierrick and Filipe are super welcoming and wonderful hosts. They helped guide us around the many Arts Exhibitions in Arles, booked us a wonderful restaurant. Not to forget the beautiful breakfast. If you are heading to Arles to enjoy and experience some photography, art or ancient ruins, enhance your experience by staying at Hotel de L'Anglais. It really made our stay. "

"This was a lovely, peaceful property where we could unwind from our other travels. The little town was completely walkable and welcoming. The market is a "must" for anyone coming to this town. Patrick and Sabine were wonderful hosts. Would love to visit again and will recommend their hotel to others."

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."

"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were gorgeous and huge, the hotel itself was so quaint, the location was perfect within walking distance to center of town, the breakfasts were amazing the best of our trip, and the employees were so nice. Would highly recommend."
