Jet Park was a good choice for our nights stay prior to flying home to Perth. Comfortable room, nice restaurant for dinner and a good breakfast available. Efficient complimentary shuttle service to the airport every half hour was also appreciated.

Evening shuttle driver sat in his driver's seat and would not lift big bags into van. Many older people had great difficulty. Morning shuttle driver (from Sri Lanka) was very helpful and lifted bags into trailer. Room very small - no desk or second chair.

The staff were courteous and helpful both check in and out were quick and seamless. I got in to Auckland early and they were able to do an early check in. The room was presented immaculately wifi was excellent and was able to cast movies off my phone to the tv. They had all the channels on the tv as well. I went down to their restaurant and had the scotch fillet. It was cooked to perfection with an awesome char on it. Everything was fresh and tasty. This morning I took the shuttle bus at 4am to the airport. Driver was awesome and polite. Well done. Will be back.

The hotel was well-situated from the airport and about 30 minutes from the harbor. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff were friendly and helpful. We purchased the room with breakfast, which was very good. We also had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. We liked the convenience to the airport, a free airport shuttle and the option of breakfast in the room rate. I would definitely stay there again.

Arrived very early on an international flt and caught the convenient shuttle to the hotel where they kindly accomodated early check in ( pre-booked). A lovely neighborhood with shopping/restaurants a 30 min walk away. A great place with friendly helpful staff to rest up after a long flight.

The JetPark Hotel Auckland Airport is a great place to stay if convenient access to the airport is a major priority. I had to make multiple trips to the airport during my family’s stay so the free shuttle leaving every hour on the half hour was greatly appreciated. Both the shuttle drivers and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was updated but my one small quibble was that the towel rod and hook on the back of the door were placed oddly high. Would recommend.
