"Fantastic. We stayed at the Highlands Suites 2 years ago and that was great but this was better. Amazing location, easy to find and navigate. Clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Grocery Shopping at M&S is always an adventure, restaurants on the river are easily walkable and Main Street shopping is right outside the door. Parking is offsite at the Eastgate Ctr but worked fine. Much less Agro than on premises parking at Highlands Suites. Excellent, Excellent… highly recommend. "

"Ness View Apartment was hands down the best place I have stayed on holiday. The apartment was cosy, quiet, and was in a well situated area. You could walk to all Inverness has to offer. Eleanor is a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend this apartment as a home base for all the Highlands has to offer. "

"Something very different for two oldies to experience. We were in the smallest accommodation, I assume, and the problem would have been in making up the bed had we not been pretty fit. Very compact, comfortable and a nice breakfast, on request, brought to the cabin by friendly people."

"I found the area a little loud at night. In hinse sight, it is across the street from a few pubs in the heart of Iverness."

"The apartment is in an ideal location for a city centre stay and having designated parking made it so convenient. Apartment was very well furnished and laid out making for a very comfortable stay. Views over the castle lovely, will be even better when castle work complete. Will definitely be back."

"Excellent apartment. Good location, easy access to train and bus stations and sooo many different restaurant's! Communication with owner was good. No issues. Property was cleaned spic and span when we arrived. The smoke detectors work, especially when you toast a little darker than the normal person!! I would recommend turning the vent fan over top of the stove on when toasting! Would use this property again without a second thought. "

"Carpets were dirty sofa was broke mand leather peeling and the fact shower and toilet area were dirty my girlfriend had to bleach and clean en suite due to pubic hair and glass being dirty in current pandemic pretty poor "

"The hotel is a historic building and undoubtedly shows its age, at least in the room I had. I had a cosy room on the 3rd floor which was exactly that, cosy, but did the job. Hotel location is excellent right by the train station"

Best Western Inverness Palace Hotel & Spa

"Hotel is in an excellent location. The room we had was overlooking the river and castle so we were very lucky. We were going to a show at the Eden Court theatre which was only a short walk away. My only criticism is the lack of parking for guests staying at the hotel. "

"My stay at the hotel was great. Check in and out super easy, nice rooms, great value. The bar attached to the brewery/distillery is nice and would recommend the tour which you get a discount with via your hotel stay. "Wanted to write a review as it was so good to see the attitude and hard work of all staff members, especially the younger members of the team. Proper hospitality, lovely food, amazing wine list and atmosphere. The hotel was super busy but there's a small army of staff... Including a very cheery breakfast chef this morning, constantly bringing out fresh food... Breakfast was lovely. Also loved the piano player in the evening. Minor criticism, hope it's helpful.... More info at reception on check in, make check in 3pm, not 4. Changing area for pool not very nice, mouldy lockers. However, a five star stay and will return. Thanks."

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Glenmoriston. Ideal riverside location and very easy 5 minute to the town centre. Cleanliness is of a very high standard. Lovely white fluffy towels. Plentiful hot water. S All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful.. Dining experiences both at breakfast and dinner were first class. Lovely, relaxing,very well stocked bar. Highly recommend We will be back Thanks to all involved. "

"The hotel is in a convenient and walkable position for all the shop, bars, restaurants and the river. The welcome on arrival from Jo was warm, friendly and helpful. She was full of local knowledge and recommendations and was always chatty during our 3 night stay. There is easy parking at the rear of the hotel. All the staff were friendly and happy to assist if required. "
