We were up from Florida running away from Hurricane Milton and they made sure we felt good and safe! Absolutely loved the place and every staff member in it! "My first impression of the property was not good and it did not get any better. People were outside in the parking lot smoking and drinking. When we walked into our room the smell was terrible. It was not clean and there were bugs all over the bed, the wall, and the bathroom. We left within 5 minutes of arriving. We reached out to Expedia and the hotel about a refund but did not receive any help. Do not book here. "
