Didn’t care for the furniture in the King bedroom suite (last room I their floor). It was not the sofa or single chair as pictured in hotel advertisement. Very small, not much cushion and not comfortable. The room smelled on arrival. Also, in the bathroom had no hand soap or body lotion which surprised me.

The hotel is very convenient with Dunkin, restaurants in a walking distance . I didn't like that there were ants all over my room and was told that there were no more rooms available to be move to until the AM. I was staying the weekend for wedding. There were no manager on site to talk to..was told he was on vacation and they will put in request for him to call me when he is back on Wednesday. No call so I call back hotel and was told that general manager doesnt call customers and I will have to send an email. then I was given wrong emails. I am very displeased with the misinformation from front desk and not being able to talk to a manager.

The hotel is wonderful. Everything was really great about the hotel. We come here to visit our daughter and family. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will be back in November for Thanksgiving!

The staff was not helpful, the room was not that clean and the room is not a true “suite”. There is no pull out couch and the suite has one tiny chair. The TV was missing and the staff said it may have been stolen. I’ve stated many Fairfield inns, but will not stay here again.

This was a basic property, with minimal amenities, but all of the amenities you might need for a short stay. The hotel was clean, and the staff were cordial.
