Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Auburn - University Area by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"Water pressure in the shower was great. Beds were extremely comfortable and loved having 4 pillows to each queen bed. AC was great and easily managed. Wife loved the access to fresh ground coffee 24/7. Staff was very friendly and professional. "
"Our stay was very good. Ms. Sunshine in the breakfast food service area made our day. Her hospitality is contagious. The desk service manager on days is a problem solver. Although the TV went out during the thunder storm, he came up and figured out how to fix it given the maintenance man was off that day. I can't recall his name but he is a teacher as well. The only problem we encountered was that we traveled too far from Michigan to arrive and our room was not ready. We arrived after 3:00 pm and still had to wait for our room. This is not the best first impression for our stay. Otherwise, the stay was very good. "
"This property was nice and clean, the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and I loved the all day coffee/tea bar! It was a nice touch as I worked a great deal and needed a “pick me up” at times. We were in town for the Auburn gymnastics camp and the hotel was very close to campus and to restaurants and stores. "
"Rooms were fine, but it needs a good deep clean. Breakfast was ok. Loved the pool table in the common area and they have games to play, which is nice. Location was perfect for our stay. Staff was great!!!"
