"The hotel is clean comfortable, and nice. It’s in a good location and close to a tram stop. The only thing that isn’t excellent is that the WiFi is painful slow less than 3 mbps in the room. "

"The heat was too high and I was asked to send a pic of the thetmostat. I find it inadequate to ask a guest for a pic of something that should be your responsibility. Checkout time at 12 pm is too strict considering check-in is after 3 pm. There should be, at least, one hour tolerance. The coffee machine in my room kept spilling water for no reason."

"We stayed for 3 nights in December, the breakfast was good and never busy, staff checking us in wet friendly and polite and spoke multiple languages. The areas itself is ok, it's near a tram stop into the centre of Basel and within close enough proximity to local amenities such as the Co-op to stock up on some essentials for cooking. "I like these apartments, they are an easy walk from the station. They are simple but smartly done. The sound proofing on the windows is excellent and if you are in a room at the front of the building you need it. The TV reception is a bit sketchy for the foreign channels but the WiFi is good enough to watch things on your own devices. "

"Mixed feelings about the stay. Never saw another soul no one ever around reception all done y electronic locks. Apartment was very modern and clean except for a dirty dish sponge been left to use for washing up! Unfortunately it smelt of drains so unpleasant. We arrived in snow and the apartment has under floor heating but felt cool all the time we were there and it wasn't adjustable. Had to use duvet's in spare room as well as the ones on the bed to ensure we were warm at night. "

"The property and rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast is not available but a ahort ride into town iffers several options for eating. Keep in mind that there is not an elevator and it seems that the rooms are on higher levels. Overall I would recommend staying here as it is secure and a lovely place."

"Great place to stay in Basel. Close to public transportation. The 2 bedroom apartment we stayed had all basic amenities for a family of 4. A full size kitchen , washer dryer was awesome. The AC was not that good but a fan in the room helped. It would have been great to have a fan in each room. We kept the windows slightly open to let some fresh cool air in at night. But it invited some bugs too.. and noise of trams& cars passing by. Extra towels would have been helpful, we had to wash...

"A great option for a family stay in Basel. We were travelling from the UK. Could sleep up to 6 comfortably but only one bedroom - with two double beds. Living room had 3 sofa beds - instructions provided to allow them to be flattened. Apartment was clean. Helpful touches were the two Swiss electrical adapters for the Swiss sunken style power outlets (normal round European adapters don’t fit!) as well as a kettle and toaster. "Been living and traveling in Europe the last two years. This hotel has by far the largest rooms I have stayed in while here and maybe even the US, and they were super clean. The hotel is located above a mall and grocery store which was convenient when we needed something. Took tram to Basel Switzerland for the Christmas Market, its was about 15 min away, couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend! "

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel early December as part of a break to visit the Christmas Markets - exemplary customer service at all times, thoughtful and supportive staff, lovely/well equipped room, very clean and comfortable. Lovely location with only a short walk to the centre (trams and buses stop outside the hotel if you do not wish to walk the short distance). After many years of business travel and many stays around the world, the service at this hotel was nothing less than exceptional. Our thanks to the dedicated staff and their exemplary customer focus and making our stay an absolute pleasure."

"Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our stay included complimentary passes to public transportation, with stops for the tram and bus just outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back if we find ourselves in Basel again."
