"The rooms are not soundproof, so you can hear everything that's happening outside. The clock bell rings every hour, starting early in the morning. And the towels are really uncomfortable and stiff. But the staff is amazing!"

"Rooms generally super clean. Room 11 noise, above it the bar, pushing/ pulling chairs.Forget to get rest until 10PM. After 1 night I left this room, and updated to Room 10,what is expensiver, but quiet,nice room. Staff super helpful! Breakfast is late( normally from 8AM), but only for me, I've got it at 7:40. Breakfast is not european standard..5 different menu( for 3 menu no drink/ juice), i guess such a hotel, what is one of the most expensivest in Atlixco, should be better, more wide ...
