This hotel does not respect nor care for its customers. I had a horrible experience here! When you first walk through the doors all you smell is smoke! When I walked to the front desk there were two men talking to each other as I was just standing there and they noticed I was there continued to talk. Then I went into the elevator and the smoke smelled worsened! When I walked into my room the conditions were even worse! When I called the front desk to see if I could just do an early check out, he stated he would call the person who handle those situations and NEVER called back. So you don’t know how to do your job? Cool. I explained to him I am uncomfortable in my room because of the conditions and he sounded confused on what uncomfortable meant. Then I called back the next morning and I spoke with Michelle! She was amazing and moved me to another room since she knew off the top of her head it’s called “advanced check out” and explained my claim would not cover for it. All you hear is dogs barking! The housekeeper came to my room as stated and showed me my new room. It was better but it’s the carpet! They are old and need to be changed, the elevator, and the hotel needs to be changed as a WHOLE!! Then when I checked out AGAIN the two men are just having a conversation with each other again! With his back turned!! I could be anyone and you are not even paying attention!!! This is unacceptable as a business! -5 stars all across!
