The room was very large. The bed was comfortable. It is a bit dated but clean. Airport shuttle was nice in the morning. It runs 24hours and every 30 min. I took an uber there bc I didn't know where to pick up the shuttle and no one answered at the hotel.

The front desk representatives were very efficient and cordial! The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was great! Kudos to the bus drivers the night of arrival and the day of departure. The bus driver on the day of departure had just returned from Chicago. She worked a double shift with a smile. It's workers like them that have your business/company thriving. Please increase their pay/salary and thank you! The only downside about the hotel nothing is in walking distance.

Mold in the room and cobwebs in the corners of the walls. Beds very uncomfortable and worn. Not good resting beds. Pull out couch uncomfortable as well. Expedia says because I was a platinum member of theirs I would not have to pay for parking. However I was told that's what Expedia tell me and it's not true. Staff was very friendly and helpful and patient.

If I could give this visit 6 stars, I would. The staff were excellent! The front desk staff and transportation staff were very helpful in helpng us get our grandson on a flight back home. I will definitely stay at this location again when I return to Atlanta.
