Very affordable and the bed was sooo comfortable. Breakfast was far more than expected, which is a nice perk when you're already on a tight budget. Really nice young woman working at the front desk who was always friendly and accommodating.

NEVER AGAIN!!! 11/23/24 The carpets were terrible! Riddled with mold and smelly. The bathroom had visible black mold on the doorframes. The walls were old and cracking. The breakfast was wired. A whole gallon on milk and carton of orange juice in the mini fridge in the common area is what we get for our cereal. The refrigerators in the rooms never got cold. We stayed in rooms 102 and 104.

The inside of the hotel is old and run down. The TV in our room did not work. I called the front desk and they came to look at it and could not get it to come on either. I was told that I would have to wait until someone came in the following day to do anything about it. We had just picked up food and were planning on spending the evening watching a football game, so I was pretty ticked. The pool area had a busted out window that they didn't even bother to board up and the pool looked pretty nasty. The kicker though was toilets not flushing correctly. I was given a plunger from the front desk to keep in our room and it had to be used numerous times. This was clearly a known issue, as there were toilet plungers on every floor by the elevator, just sitting out. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Huge hole in the pool window from the outside. Our room had mold on the ceiling. Parking was right up to the sidewalk and felt unsafe. Hard to get in and out of the parking lot because of traffic. At check in I was asked to confirm what was on the machine and I told the staff member checking me in that it was not me on the screen and he did not believe me until I turned the screen to him and then he hit a bunch of buttons and said I was good. Was a little unsettling.

Staff was friendly but seemed to be short of staff. Tried several times to get towels. Not enough provided in room. None in the pool room. Pool was very cold. Staff very polite when reachable. We checked into our room later in the evening, the lobby was very dark and dingy. Smelled musty and needs a major update. Most of the lobby lights were off including the TV's in the common area. Not very welcome or comfort feeling at all. The pool was gross, you couldn't see the bottom step in the pool and it had a green tint to it. The ice machine was filthy and busted up so we didn't use it. Upon getting to our room the AC barely worked and it smelled musty and like old cigarettes. The walls were disgusting, the curtains had tears in them. We also observed another couple, upon our check in, requesting another room due to AC issues and the smell. In the middle of the night, about 3am, our AC stopped working completely. Our family woke up sweating our butts off. Moving our family and belongings in the middle of the night didn't seem logical so we toughed it out for a few more hours and showered and checked out. Upon checkout we brought all of our issues to the desk clerk, who informed us because we booked through Expedia that we needed to contact them to resolve the issue but assured us she would help resolve the issue. While on the road we contacted expedia, who then contacted the property, which then the lady at the front desk said she wouldn't refund our stay but offered a free stay during a weekday. As if we would want to stay here ever again. Don't waste your money, for over a hundred dollars you can stay at a much nicer hotel.
