Staff is not very nice but I love the location, close to a lot of markets. Other thing I didn’t like is that u have to leave you key at front desk if u go anywhere which I think is weird no other hotel will asked for that.

Is a motel on the side where people just do a quick stop if you know what I mean , and when they run out of room the take people to the hotel and is noisy and unsafe , trust me look for a better option

Estacionamiento techado y gratuito. La habitación muy amplia y cómoda con dos camas king size, agua caliente. Muy buena ubicación con centros comerciales cerca y muchas opciones para comer. ¿Qué le mejoraría? poner una toalla en el lavamanos. Y quitaría el audio en todos los pasillos para comunicarse con las chias de limpieza, unos simples Walkie Tokies resuelven el problema. Eso de dejar la llave al salir de la habitación ya es antiguo, poner cerraduras con tarjetas RFID sería ideal.

Siempre he tenido excelente estancia en este hotel, el personal siempre había sido muy atento, pero en este horario precisamente 220 a.m del 19 de enero, la que está en recepción es una majadera, prepotente, venía con mi hijo cargado y le pedí de favor que abrieran la puerta del sótano para poder salir y la contestación de ella fue que si ya iba a salir para desocupar la habitación con sonrisa cínica, haciendo referencia que no era lugar para un menor.

El personal en lo general es muy bueno, pero una señora exageradamente grosera (horario del 25 diciembre hr de la tarde) en lugar de solicitar una credencial para acreditar que está uno registrado, grita y manotea porque uno desconoce cuál habitación es la que está uno ocupando, esto en el momento de solicitar la llave para accesar a la habitación. Pero el personal de acceso en general siempre muy atenta y amable en otros horarios.
