"Very nice apartment unit. Close to everything. Front desk staff super friendly but it was not available for 24 hours which was a bit inconvenient. I booked a non-smoking room but the unit had very strong smoke smell when We first got in. It was obvious that the previous customer smoked! It was terrible, we had to open all the windows for a long time to get rid of the smoke smell. We couldn’t get a different room because we were told that was the last one available. "

"Loved it! Super clean and an amazing hidden gem. The room was very spacious and the amenities were great. Great attention to detail. Loved the location and the staff were very friendly. "Absolutely loved this hotel. The self check in is confusing at first but you sort it out in the end. Super clean and you get access to other facilities at the Gran Hotel. However the communication was a bit confusing as we didn’t realise what we had access to on the last day there. Staff were so helpful when we left luggage with them. The bathroom is the best! "

"Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. "Everything was perfect :easy check-in and check-out, clean property with comfortable bed, storage option after check out, washing machine in the room and more... Only thing that can be problem is the shower cabin was leaking some water to the bathroom. We have informed the property and I am sure that they will fix it. I highly recommend the property for your stays in Granada..."

"The suite was either newly renovated or kept in excellent condition. The wood ceilings made it very cozy. The kitchen was well appointed, even with a Nespresso machine and coffee pods. Will definitely look into staying at another Limehome residence in the future. "

"Excellent location with lots of shoping, restaurants and attractions nearby. Very easy access to Alhambra by public transit. Host provided very helpful information. Our only issue (visiting from Canada during the hottest month of the year) was the air conditionning that was simply not strong enough to cool the entire place. But I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting outside of the summer months."

"Parking is really challenging. Consolation is that there is a public parking, 5-10 minutes from the hotel. We parked there and walked every where. If you can pay for the public parking from the hotel. Hotel has a parking as well but getting to it was challenging for us. It was easier to park in public parking and walk to the hotel. " Modern hotel, loved the amenities and the room. Room was facing the street that we didn't hear. The hotel is 15- 20 minute walk to the main center. Very friendly stuff. Taxi was easy to book and arrive promptly. Booked the room with parking. That was the right choice, parking was full. "

"The decor in the lobby was lovely. Staff were friendly efficient. Secure parking was great though with a large car, a bit of a challenge. Slightly hard to locate at first glance. Go past the main building & sharp turn right immediately down a narrow steep ramp. Liked the coffee machine in room. Only complaint no plugpoint next to bed to charge phone. Will definitely use again. "

"Great location close to the Alhambra and the centre of the city. Very good helpful staff, lots of eating places around. Book your Alhambra tickets over a month in advance or you have to do what we did - pay the earth for tickets from scam ticket resellers. Tainted our visit to Granada."

Perfecto on all counts

"Overall an excellent stay from the moment I checked in to when I left. The room I had was newly renovated, quite large, well laid out, eco friendly (although a recycling bin would have been good) and spotlessly clean. Bed was very comfortable and the shower (controls) the best and easiest to use. A small Juliet type balcony was a really nice addition. I was offered daily breakfast at a promotional price and the buffet was good and very adequate. The staff at the hotel were all excellent but special mention of Alberto who was very thorough, friendly and professional and Alexander on the front desk who assisted with a dinner reservation. Staff at breakfast were all very good. The hotel is very well located and close to a lot of things. Would I stay here again… ABSOLUTELY"
