"We stayed in an apartment advertised for 5 people. When we arrived, we found three beds had been made up (staff provided extra linen for us for the sofa bed). The apartment was generally not very clean - dirty walls, holes in doors, etc. - though the bathroom and kitchenette were OK. There are no insect screens and no fans so we got mosquito-bitten. "As others have mentioned in their reviews, it is unclear where/how to check in. I simply texted when we arrived and immediately help arrived to show us where to go. The place was beautiful and so comfortable. And it was spotlessly clean. The information provided inside the room about whee to find dinner and breakfast, explaining about the hot water and the door locks - was perfect. We would definitely stay again in any of the three places."
