"Amazingly wonderful "

"A mixed bag, mostly decent. The hotel is on an island which has an efficient boat service connecting it to the dock. The gardens are really well maintained and pleasant. However, the hotel isn’t cheap and check in was not well managed - slow and unwelcoming. Having put a review in, the customer relations team did respond well and gave a free connection to our cruise boat up the Nile. Breakfast was not great, lots of choice but not the best quality. "Beatiful and aesthetic location. Great view of the river Nile and city of Aswan. The staff is super freiendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Great location to take instagrammable pictures and videos. Only pain point - there was no WiFi, as their internet reception was being affected by wind. Need to invest in better infrastructure for connectivity services. But everything else was wonderful."

"This is a very nice hotel on an island in the middle of the Nile. You need to take a boat to reach it. The boat starts from the point marked "Pyramisa Isis Island Pick Up point" on Google maps. All the tours and private cars will meet you at the parking area at this pick up point. The boat takes about 5 minutes to make the journey but you might need to wait 15 minutes for the boat to set off. It runs all hours. Due to its island location this is a very peaceful place. "

"Excellent hotel, nice specious rooms, clean bathrooms, great view and best breakfast. The only issue is the front desk staff and checkin process. Young man at the reception desk mixed up the rooms. We booked and paid extra for Nile River view. We were give one nice upgraded room, but second room was all the to the other side of the building without Nile River view. "
