Staff are professional, attentive, and genuinely warm, setting a standard of hospitality that surpasses many luxury hotels I’ve stayed in across Central Asia. The Hamam spa was a highlight. The Indonesian ladies providing treatments deliver exceptional skill and care—it felt like a true experience rather than just a service.
