"Great hotel and friendly staff "

"Staff were inattentive. At check in I asked to combine my two reservations and was told someone would get back to me, no one did. At check out, it was a near argument with the staff (who were asleep when I was trying to leave) about them saying I needed to have my room checked before I was “allowed” (in his words) to leave. Other staff didn’t speak English and were unhelpful when I tried to communicate over Google translate. My room was not cleaned one of the nights I stayed. I expected more...

If you carry the name “Hilton” you should resolve problems. - The room is always cold and heating and clima is not working properly. - inadequate personel for room cleaning. They could clean only once and at a evening time. Long story short - the money you pay and the comfort you get does not match."
