"Lovely location and the staff were also very friendly and positive. The three biggest drawbacks were that the pool was quite dirty, with a large number of bugs on the bottom, and the setup around the pool was scaled down from the pictures on the site, the breakfast was quite limited (fresh croissants on one of 3 days) and the wifi wouldn't work in our room, we had to go outside to use it. It is way up on a hill, but u take a taxi and you are in downtown/center within 10 minutes or so!!! a very very very relaxing place to be!!! Love, Chris and Rob from Chicago"

"Quiet room. Reservation was for 2 people but specifically requested a queen bed and a twin bed. When arrived was told it was for 2 people and one queen bed. Had to show my confirmation of reservation and then was asked to pay 20 euro more. Not sure if this is Expedia's miscommunication or a misunderstanding of host."
