"I chose this hotel as I was going to a concert at the Canada Life Centre, which was on the next block over and connected to the hotel by a skyway, which made it very convenient. The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the restaurant closes at 8:30PM and is also understaffed, which made the service quite slow. The people who were working there were not the problem as it was obvious they were working very hard but there simply...

"I have stayed at this hotel several times. Only complaint is the bathrooms. They require renovation. The size of room is good but the height of the vanity is very low, about 32", should 36". The toilets are awful about 11" high. They should be 17". Really hurts my back."
