"We had a pleasant two night stay at Auberge des Grands Bois. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It could have benefited from air conditioning but there was a Dyson Air Fan available and fortunately the weather was not too warm. The staff were friendly and breakfast was delivered to the room. The venue was very convenient both to Lausanne and Geneva and there was ample parking at the hotel. We had a meal at the restaurant which was very good but we were in the courtyard and it began...

"Cheap and very basic. Handy to find somewhere for £60 a night that has a fridge, mini kitchen. Underground parking cost extra. Breakfast was basic, not much choice. Worst thing was that it’s right on top of railway lines and from about 5am onwards you hear a loud alarm going off (to warn of an oncoming train) followed by the thunderous noise of the train going past "

"We enjoyed the most remarkable experience from check in to check out. Front desk receptionists Romain and Cesar were incredibly helpful, selected us the perfect room and location. Their delightful personalities made our stay so much more fun, all the while maintaining their professionalism. The hotel and our room were kept immaculate by housekeeping and they were most accommodating to our requests. We cannot measure our gratitude to the MONA staff for a most memorable visit to Montreaux."

"The location is perfect and they have a good underground parking facility. We felt some of the hotel was dated and that also applied to the room. The room was spacious. The staff were very good and the city is right outside the door. We did have a few drinks at the bar but it closed at 11 which seemed odd to us that guests coudlnt get a drink after 11. "
