"First of all the receptionist said they can’t find my booking despite I showed my booking number on my email and my payment and said they don’t even deal with hotels.com. Nor Expedia. I got very frustrated and delayed for a while after they called a manager he finally told me to give me a room as if it was by pity. Too much light issues in this hotel. Sometimes every 15min. Anytime any person passes by my room I hear it and it disturbs my sleep…"

"The staff were absolutely fantastic. I felt the bedding was not fresh and found some stains so i requested a change and they attended to it promptly. Although i had breakfast just once, i absolutely loved the yam and egg dish served. it was simply perfection. Coming from Uk i found the standard of the hotel beddings and towels very very old and worn out and past thier use by date but hey! I managed it some how. I booked online but should have done a walk in as the walk in rates are far cheaper. "

"Check in problems because of issues between hotels.com and the hotel. But they were kind to still give me a room while trying to sort it out. Property and room quite clean but needs maintenance and new linen, towels etc. Bed not comfortable. Service not very professional. Food not fantastic. "

"The location is great but price is quite high considering the very very poor services in the hotel. I spent 3 nights there but didn’t sleep well in any of the night. Pillows are too hard. I couldn’t use the towels as they already turned brown. There were mosquitoes and small cockroaches in my room. The toilet paper was of the lowest quality. The breakfast was just omelet and bread, unbelievable for the price they charge. I will rate them 2/10"

"Fritz provided a bed that I needed. No room account, so everything I bought had to be paid on a handheld POS device that sometimes didn't work. Makes in room dining or ordering a drink or getting a toothbrush a bit of an ordeal. I had a few little ants near the desk in my room, becomes a problem if you leave any food out. Breakfasts are lower end in quality - think cheap airline meal. Sounds like I have complaints but as a place to put my head down I wouldn't object to staying here again. Staff...

"The hotel has all the standard fittings but very poor quality finishes and poor maintenance. I also checked in at a time when, as I found out, a change in ownership and management was taking place and so there was much confusion. My booking was not in the system and even the next day, when I checked out, the matter had still not been resolved. "

"Hotel staff were surprised when I checked in as a single female and after seeing the room I realised why. The lock on the door had been broken and was not fixed, the windows on a first floor room did not close - this meant the room was 40 degrees Celsius and raised security concerns. There was a mysterious door in the room that led to a balcony guests could not access and the bathroom had not been cleaned after someone had used the toilet. This is not the safe 4 star hotel I was expecting. "
