The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were always appropriately stocked and well maintained. The location was conveniently close to a bus stop that takes you to the local shopping center and underground station. Overall no complaints."

"The property is not located where advertised. It claims to be 1 minute away from the waterside theatre and therefore not far from the train station. This was very important to me and my wife who were travelling with several heavy bags and needed to be very close to both and this is the exact reason we booked it. However, it turns out it’s around 25 minute walk away from the theatre! As a result, we had to take a couple of Ubers back and forth and thought it only fair the host covers the cost...

"I liked #20 because it was on ground floor. I shared this suite of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a friend. We made our own breakfast with cereals and fruit which was just fine. 5 minute walk to the Abbey. The place is an excellent value. "

"Very friendly hotel, staff were excellent and helpful. Thank you for providing a fridge for my room. However, I feel the decor and facilities could do with a freshen up. My shower and taps were old and could do with replacing. My mattress wasn’t that comfy. The dining area was very good, and the breakfast was excellent. Parking and location are other positives. I would stay again. "
