"I did not expect to enjoy this hotel quite so much as we were cramped in the room and the beds were very hard. But the staff is very helpful, it's so convenient to be able to walk to the train with our luggage, I love Kokura for shopping and the castle"

"When we walked in the hotel it was welcoming and the staff was very helpful. We were offered a breakfast and dinner all you can eat option. The dinner was a delicious surprise. The hotel has onsen and they are included with your stay but it was very busy and had many children. We stayed the weekend. ..."
