Wonderful Hotel
This is a beautiful and friendly property. The room was comfortable, everything (TV, bathroom facilities, etc.) worked, and the entire facility was very clean. During our visit, Hurricane Helene moved across the area, and the hotel lost power. The staff did everything they could to make sure everyone was safe. When we left, the property had no damage despite high winds and flooding rainfall. At checkout, the staff could not print a receipt for us but promised to email us one when the electricity was restored. They were also allowing guests to wait out the storm in the lobby and breakfast areas. Overall, we were highly impressed by Mountain Inn and Suites, and we recommend it to anyone looking for a restful getaway.

I loved everything about the stay at Mountain Inn. The room and staff were the best. I would have liked a bar or two in shower to help me step across bathtub to get in and out because I am elderly, but don’t need handicap room.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the very terrible breakfast options. We ended up going to a grocery store to purchase breakfast foods for our stay.
