Horror Hotel

Ich bin sofort nach den einchecken wieder ausgecheckt. Leider eine gute nach dem einchecken keine Reaktion vom Hotel. Ich bin Vielreisender und dieses hotel war bis lang das schlechteste. Alles war dreckig, bei dem Nachbarzimmer dort war die tür eingetreten und mit einem vorhang abgedeckt usw. Vielleicht bewegt sich ja das Hotel mal nach dieser Bewertung und gibt mir mein Geld zurück. Das Hotel wurde mehrfach von Hotel.com angeschrieben usw ich habe 5 minuten nach CheckIn versucht die Dame am Telefon wieder zu erreichen Sie ging nicht mehr ran, vermutlich wusste Sie schon worum es geht.

Zimmer war gut gebraucht, dDie Wände könnten etwas neue Farbe gebrauchen, Boden hat schon länger keine gründliche Reinigung mehr gehabt vorallem der Teppich. Kein persönlicher Kontakt gehabt, alles lief nur über Telefon.

Keine Parkmöglichkeit bei Anreise

Für Ortsunkundige per Navigationssystem schwer zu finden, keine Parkflächen zum Einchecken bei Anreise, keine Rezeption. Bei Fragen, Notfällen oder Nichtfunktionieren des Schlüsselsafes muss Mitarbeiter aus anderem Hotel kommen, was zwangsläufig zu Verzögerungen führt. Keinerlei Parkmöglichkeiten für Pkw

Mooie kamer, geen receptie

Ruime schone kamer met klein keukenblokje voor koffie en thee. Nieuwe inrichting, smaakvol met veel kunst aan de muren. Er was geen receptie aanwezig. Op de buiten deur een briefje met het telefoonnummer dat je kan bellen om de code van de smart key locker te krijgen. Er is in tegenstelling tot eerder bericht GEEN parkeergelegenheid. Je kan parkeren in nabij gelegen parkeergarages.

Mittendrin, aber ruhig

Das Apartment Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Zimmer hatte eine winzige Küchenzeile und war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Bett war recht hart, das Bad hatte Tageslicht. Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, aber wir haben zu jederzeit telefonisch jmd erreichen können. Ein vergessenes Teil wir und nach Hause geschickt.

Aschaffenburg ist eine enge Stadt mit viel Verkehr. Vor dem Hotel Post hat es überhaupt keine Parkgelegenheit um das Check-Inn und Aus zu vollziehen. Es ist ein schrecklich lärmiger Ort, direkt am Kreisel. Bei offenem Fenster war es unmöglich zu schlafen, die ganze Nacht Verkehrslärm.

Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht, bekommen haben wir einen alten Ventilator, und das bei über 30 Grad Außentemperatur. Das geht gar nicht! Rezeption ist am Wochenende gar nicht besetzt! Telefonisch konnte/wollte mir niemand helfen - bzw. man hat mich gar nicht verstanden.

Besser meiden, Personal trägt keine Masken

Mitten in der Stadt gelegen. Top gemacht, sehr sauber und sehr schön. Mit dem Auto hin fahren ist möglich, schnell ausladen und dann Parkplatz suchen geht. Beim Buchen teilte man mir mit dass ich 72 Stunden vor dem ankommen dies Mitteilen sollte. Toll, da man auch am gleichen Tag buchen kann. Sowas verärgert doch sehr, viralem wenn man dann beim Anruf einen Menschen dran hat der einen Sprachlich nicht versteht. Der gab mich zum Glück weiter, dann klappte es. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind toll. Allerdings dass das Personal früh ohne Maske herum lief, auch an der Rezeption, geht garnicht. Das schmälert jedes gute Gefühl das man hatte auf null.
