"Attention to details would put his place over the top with 5 stars. Entry way and elevator rugs were dirty and in need of vacuuming! Staff very pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately many homeless in the area and wandering the parking lot of the hotel all hours of the day and night! In need of security for theses reasons. Would stay again, room was very clean and the bed was so comfy! Definitely a good place to stay!"

"It was really close to my work so that made it easy. There is also a lot of restaurants around and shopping. I think its only 15 or 20 minutes from the beach also."

"Room was clean, and big, front desk very helpful and polite. Bed very comfortable. Downside, breakfast was the usual Packaged stuff ( no hot food unless you count the waffle you make yourself) and the bathroom towels were very thin. Lucky there was two so I could dry myself. "

"I enjoyes that it was located near several amenaties. It was very clean. It had a pool, sauna, and hot tub. It was pet friendly. The staff were all very nice. The beds were comfortable, the shower hot."

"Another great stay at BWP Panama City. It’s become a home away from home. I love the flexibility of manager, Kevin, and he was kind to me when I was going thru a family member becoming emergently ill. The customer service is always spot on including from the housekeeping staff! Noelle at the front desk was super helpful when I locked myself out. She’s always kind and helpful. Keep it up BWP Panama City!"

"First time at PCB and we enjoyed ourselves! This Marriott property has great staff and service. The property overall was good. I would recommend cleaning the carpets in the room regularly but it was doable. "

"All lobby and dining room staff were excellent. The person that was supposed to clean the room never did clean the room. while we were there. Their policy specifically says they will make the bed and refresh the room every other day. We were there for 3 nights. No one cleaned the room and I had to find a downstairs attendant to get a roll of toilet paper. "
