Really nice property. Very comfortable and clean. Just wish checkout was a little bit later. People like to sleep in when traveling. And the pool had so much chlorine it damaged my hair pretty bad. Took me a minute to recover it. Other than that, close to BP gradiation cite, staff was friendly, everything u needed was there.

The Internet was out for most of our stay. This was very irritating. The staff even had to walk us up and let us into our room whenever we needed to get in! Otherwise, it was a lovely stay. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The sign outside was not working, the Hampton sign was out and the inn and suites was flickering. One of the elevators was not working, the other was a rough ride. The hotel ran out of plates for breakfast.

Overall better than expected. One broken elevator and broken ice machine. Staff was friendly and room was clean and comfortable. The TV cable service (ATT) they use is horrible.
