We had a ground floor studio room which had bars in the window and was well kept. It had minimal but sufficient kitchen items. The oven is also a microwave. The fridge is full size. "The location and size of this place is outstanding. The unit was huge and the bathroom was the biggest we have seen in Portugal. Everything was walkable and the area was quite safe and easy to navigate. That said, communication with the host was lacking. Once we figured things out we were good to go though. Side note, you are right on top of the tram, so you can hear it running all day / evening. It really didn’t bother us and we actually thought it was funny. I’m not sure we would stay here...

"Clean newer remodel apartment. Desk staff was very friendly. Loud neighborhood but the windows were completely sound proofed, so didn't even notice at night. I liked the delivered breakfast. Not a morning person and it was nice have free breakfast in privacy even if I had to make it myself. We went to a grocery store and bought our own coffee pods so we didn't get charged for any of the mini bar."

"We stayed at Lisbon Art Stay for 5 nights with my family of 4 and it was perfect! It was my boys' first trip to Europe so I wanted something centrally located that included breakfast - and the Art Stay checked all the boxes! We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (!!!) in the family unit and with the exception of Monday which was garbage pick up, the location was quiet at night despite being located so close to main parts of the city. I would highly recommend! And the communication with the staff...
