The property owner/managers Keyla and Gabriel are accessible and readily available at all times with helpful local tips and have friendly and honest staff. Internet connection is strong and above average. I will stay here on my next trip to La Habana. "

"The people are absolutely nice! The listing has a number of misinformation. 1. It says property is connected to a Shopping Centre, no! It's a residential house with rooms to rent. 2. The room I had booked was a room with pool view but the one given had no view at all. If you open, you get to see wall, if you want air-conditioning, none. The listing also says you get the whole property to yourself, no, you just get a room with no room amenities at all. Food is okay, breakfast was good."

"They advertise luggage storage but all that means is that you can leave luggage in your room. Further, we accidentally double booked and even after reaching out 5 minutes after booking, the only option was to pay the cancellation fee which was the full price of the room... would not recommend at all. Rather, "Casa David y Lidia Diaz, San Miguel, Havana, Cuba" was an excellent night and I would recommend them for any travellers. "

"The property is well maintained inside. Nice bar area adjoining the lobby & there is a lovely rooftop terrace but one must be able to climb stairs.
