"Many appliances were defect including the kettle. Tv was broken. Weak electrical capacity often overloaded when turning the stove on. Kitchen did not have any hand towel. Toilet seat was broken/unstable. Mattresses were very uncomfortable. Only 2 chairs provided in the dining room (for 4 people). Wifi was very weak and often not working. Many lamps did not work. Almost no lightning in the staircase. Inadequate knives for basic cutting."
