"Make sure you read this whole review particularly re: driving to Finca. This place is amazing. "The receptionist was not customer friendly at all. Ask me for my passport in order to check in so if your a tourist from another country you don’t pay taxes. The receptionist Ask me for a photo of my document and picture of my entry date then she still did not honor it after I showed her what she asked me for. Terrible customer service "
