"We absolutely loved our stay. It was cosy and clean at a good location near restaurants and bars. We barely needed to use any form of public transportation. Amenities were good - the bottle of wine was a nice touch. We were able to store our luggages after check out. Veronica who runs the place was super responsive with any questions we had. Overall no complaints. If there was one thing that we had to fault - it would be no full length mirrors. But this is a really minor point"

"An amazing property with old world charm and all the modern conveniences, including an elevator. Great location, close to river, restaurants and so many historical areas. Very safe area. Would stay here again. "

"SE apartment, 3rd floor. Tiny, clean, quiet, centrally-located studio apartment with large windows and great views of the city. Nice bathroom but, despite complaints, a broken toilet seat was not replaced."

"The continental breakfast was simple but always fresh. Cleaning staff asked every day if anything needed doing. Reception staff always ready to offer advice on where to dine, walk or visit depending on the amount of time we had that day. While I am aware that the hotel is not a 4 star hotel, the staff made it feel it could be. "

"This apartment suited our needs and met our expectations. Only issue we experienced was checking in with the code that was somewhat complicated. The initial code did not work. Communication with the property via WhatsApp messaging and phone was excellent and we did get another code BUT when we got to our room it had not been serviced from guests prior. "The side street this hotel was located on was a bit sketchy, but very close to the main road. Staff and the quality of the hotel was great- definitely geared toward an under 45 crowd. "We stayed a week at this beautiful gem and we could not have been pleased more. The entire staff was always kind and helpful. Areno always welcomed us when leaving or returning from explorations, as everyonedid as well. Our room was nicely appointed with everything we needed. The breakfast offered a large variety of warm, cold, local, sweet and hearty options. The concierge service was outstanding, he helped us with recommendations for restaurants and they never disappointed and always were exactly what we were looking for (I feel bad that I can't remember his name). When - not if - we return to Porto, this is our place! Thank you to the entire staff!"

"I very much enjoyed my stay in this hotel: *great location - walking distance to the main Porto attractions and close taxi journey to the airport *very professional and helpful Reception Team *I had a beautiful view from my room (highly recommend booking river-view room to enjoy that) *breakfast was very good; I also received a bottle of very good Porto wine on arrival which was very nice gesture Thank you!"
