I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"

"SCAMMER ALERT. Purchased a night and they didn't send me the registration link for my stay, nor did they reply to any of my messages. I even showed up at the location. I ended up having to find a new place to stay last minute. You've been warned. "

"This was a great place to stay nice and clean once you get into the room and easy to get to. It has a great view of the city AT&T Stadium and even Great America. It may seem a little shady walking down the halls becouse many people leave there trash in them the the room itself is great ..Thanks for making our vacation time great."

Refused to take my calls after I made them aware of the situation and that we were leaving property. "The apartment was very spacious and nice looking, but there were enough things that we didn't like that we wouldn't go back. Not having a front desk made it harder to have things fixed or have someone to contact that could resolve this quickly.
