The whole reason I booked this room was because it had a pool and hot tub. When we checked in I talked about having kids and grandkids coming to swim in the pool and nobody said anything. We did not know the pool was unavailable until we walked up to the pool. This is false advertisement and a bait and switch scam

The front desk staff were very rude, explaining that our family could not visit us at the hotel. The phone didn't work, paint was peeling of walls, bathrooms needed a lot of work and updating.

The property itself seemed clean and well taken care of. But the chemical smell in the hotel hits you in the face and nearly suffocates you. It was so bad I felt like i could taste it. I personally had to go sleep outside in my vehicle just so i could breathe. I would definitely steer clear of this place if you are senitive to smells or have any type of breathing issues or allergies. I hope they can solve this issue. I would say that it was reasonably priced for the room space and facility, however due to the fact that I couldn't even sleep in the room I paid for on a very chilly night I really didnt want to give it one star.

DON’T STAY AT THIS DUMP! THE BED HAD BEDBUGS!!! They were unapologetic about the bedbugs and eventually moved me to a so-called “good” room. The management was terribly rude. While the property was inexpensive, it is old and smells old. The building is in fair shape, but needs some updating . Room was clean. The pool was disgusting and soupy. We chose not to even try the breakfast. I would not stay here again .

This property had holes in the walls sticky smelly carpets, non functioning televisions and phones, the carpets were very sticky and stained throughout the building. And the pool nor the hot tub were in working condition, (I was not informed during checkin) the smell inside the building was horrendous. The advertisement for this place is a complete scam, trick me for my money. A refund would make me feel better, but this quality inn has ZERO quality,

Pool is not functional. Has been down for months, and no expectation being reopened any time soon. We were informed “you got a discount” for the pool being down from front desk, yet we paid full rate well before it was mentioned. SMH. Good for overnight sleep, but not a nice building.
