"The house we stayed in has beautiful woodwork and was spacious but also a bit treacherous with a stairway with no handrail and a step up part way into the living area. "Stayed for 2 nights on the ground floor. As a solo traveller, felt very safe. Close to everything in Santa Teresa and a large supermarket across the road. Not well soundproofed and could hear lots of noise upstairs - footsteps, toilet flushing etc. Could also hear traffic noise. Air con was amazing! "

"Beautifully appointed rooms with private plunge pool and view of ocean. Staff very courteous. Breakfasts included in rate were excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel most nights for convenience and because the food and service was good. The main drawback of this hotel is that it is too far away from Santa Teresa and the main beaches to walk so you need to book taxis ( $20 each way), rent an ATV or rent a car. "

"My boyfriend and I stayed here for a week in February. The room was gorgeous with an even more magical view of the jungle below. The service from the resort was outstanding. The concierge came to meet us personally and gave us recommendations for the nearby area. The resort is conveniently located walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. They also washed our laundry and cleaned our car free of charge. Highly recommend"

"I loved the room with the glass wall to a private view of the back yard/hillside. There was a kitchen and a private patio area. Staff was so helpful to navigate our way and to secure a ferry reservation after we left there. Loved the area. Just wasn’t aware how mountainous it is in Costa Rica. "It’s one of the least expensive options for staying in town in Santa Teresa but still a lot of money for no hot water or seating options besides hard benches or hammocks. Staff was mostly very nice. "Had a very quiet relaxing stay. More like a BnB. Spectacular sunsets next to a beautiful infinity pool. A bit remote but that is part of the charm. Terrible roads to get there as most rural CR roads area but worth the trouble. Would stay again! "

"What an amazing rental! We loved every minute of it. I don't know if our favorite spot was the balcony overlooking the ocean or the infinity pool! Kitchen has everything you need. "This was our favorite place we stayed during our six weeks in Costa Rica. The villas are beautiful and the view of the sea is spectacular.
