"Very helpful staff and decent rooms, some with great views of Lago Argentino. We had no complaints at all. Small restaurant on site is closed on Sunday. Very nice breakfast buffet kept well stocked. Hotel is on the north side of town. The very good walking/biking trail around is nearby."

"Fabulous hostel, really warm mid winter - both in the room and common areas, fireplace, the dogs were an unexpected boon! Modern rooms with excellent floor heating - exactly what you want/need after a long day out in Patagonian winter! Good food in the restaurant (arepas!), hot dishes included in the free breakfast, amazing views, reasonably-priced laundry service. Short walk to the town centre. Really friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't be happier."

"The property was clean and an easy walk to town. The breakfast staff was very kind and efficient.. if you would like a cocktail with your dinner, this is not the place for you. The menu says a jack Daniels cocktail is $25 and you cannot bring your own alcohol on the premises."

"The location is great, the service is excellent, and there is nothing wrong with the hotel other than it needs renovation. It is clean, it is comfortable, but it is dated. Sound insulation is also a problem – you can hear your next-door neighbors more than you should be able to. With some cosmetic work, this could be an outstanding property. "
