"I liked the spacious bathroom and the cleanliness of the hotel. I did not care for the buffet breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. I will stay at this property again."

"It is very close to the basilica. It has it’s own restaurant. Breakfast which we have to pay is not that impressive. I made a suggestion to the receptionist Vanessa about the Tv in our room that is dangerously located on the wall ( too low). I am only 5’3” and i bumped my head 2x during the night."

"The food service was treble and very disappointing, was given cold onion soup, pizza was awful, the lady serving us was nice but everything from the get go wasn’t professional. I was served wrong soup to start with(soup of the day which I didn’t order) secondly it took more 30 minutes to get my food while my wife finished her salad, thirdly both my pizza and onion soup served the same time. "Beautiful hotel designed by Saint Bernadette’s nephew. Gorgeous old world design. Very kind, friendly staff. The rooms are clean and well kept with nice details like slippers, a hot water pot, coffe and tea, etc. Literally a 2 or 3 minute walk to St. Joseph’s gate (the main entrance to the cathedral area). My room had a lovely patio overlooking the village, and was so quiet and peaceful. I feel very fortunate to have stayed there. "

"We arrived late at Hotel Paradis due to our train schedule. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile; their names were Roger, Hanin, and Paula. After an exhausting eight-hour trip from Barcelona, Spain, we were starving. To our dismay, all the nearby restaurants were closed. "The hotel is very nice but the lights in hallways are Motion sensor and when you step out of your room. The hall is pitch black. We had to take an earlier flight and the lobby was also dark and no one was by the desk. We had to ask to turn on the lights while we waited for a cab. Nice hotel but this is concerning!"
