"Have stayed at Santa Barbara many times. The staff are excellent, the location is excellent, pool excellent, sunbed booking arrangement stops unnecessary “bed wars”, the accommodation can vary only depending on the room location, not always the view you would love. This occasion we had a fab room, always loads of space very clean. "

"This resort is in a quiet location apart from the airplanes that pass over it. Staff are friendly and welcoming wanting to engage in conversation with you. "Had a pool straight outside my room and lots of nice restaurants around complex for dining out in the evening. Beach was a five minute walk away. "

"We had a good time in the quiet end of Los Cristianos.The apartment was spacious and well laid out with a view over the pool to the sea. Check in was efficient, they let us in when we arrived an hour early which was helpful. The pool was lovely. The beds and pillows were a bit hard for us, but overall it was a very good stay."

"Great stay. Property and room were very clean and well kept. Location is convenient to the bus loop, strip mall, grocery store and restaurants. It's a bit far (15 mins) to the beach but we enjoyed the walk. Live music in the evenings was entertaining and demographic was older. Would stay here again. "

"We had a lovely stay at the Royal Sunset Beach Club. I had a one bedroom apartment and my friends stayed in a two bedroom apartment. The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable and very well-equipped. "Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "

"Great hotel, two night stay before moving into a fabulous apartment. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, alloed us to stay in the hotel room until the apartment was ready. Lovely restaurant and pool bar, again the staff wete great."

"Despite the large size of the property, the grounds were clean and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our room (489) was excellent and we would request it in the future. Dining was everything promised. The seafood was excellent. Sea salt-encrusted sea bass is a MUST! We had a minor issue that one of the property managers, Manuel more than addressed. He promptly corrected the matter and extended a beautiful, private seating with the sunset in the background with champagne and rose pedals all around us. Great property and great location. We will be coming back to Ritz, Abama. "
