No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. "We had an amazing stay. From the beautiful property to the help at the frontt desk, everything was perfect. Beautiful property and plenty of room in the apartment. Loved the balcony. One of the best features was at the end....We were not scheduled to leave the city until late in the afternoon, but they held our luggage and provided towels for the pool. Most other places will kick you out at 11, but they welcomed the extra stay and made you feel at home. "

"Very nice hotel. Clean, spacious and also very quiet, which was good. The location was also good - walk distance to beach, old town and the stripe. The meal (breakfast and dinner) was average. One thing not very happy was for arrange a taxi to Faro airport - was told by the front desk staff that they could arrange taxi with fixed price of 50euro but actually the driver charged by meter for 56euro saying never be fixed "

"Great location to the strip. Nice big rooms complete with large kitchen and bathroom - perfect for 3 or 4 people. Pool area was really good including the bar. Bit of a walk to the beach but not too bad at all. Can be a bit noisy as allows pets but other than that brilliant stay! "

"2nd visit, last visiting in 2022. Great location being very close to the beach and a very easy evening stroll to Old Town (where we mostly went) and New Town. Nice quiet hotel, large rooms, good WiFi. There is no pool bar or entertainment but isnt a problem with 4 shops, 2 bars and 2 restaurants literally within 50m of the door. Rooms cleaned every day. Taxi pre booked from airport was very reasonable. Lovely quiet area, great for couple holiday."
