Great location

The biggest plus is that’s in a an excellent location near the cathedral area. Relatively cheap but room rather run down, we stayed in 106. Very basic breakfast included and the staff very helpful and friendly. Parking is offered but €16 per day !

Recepción incompetente

El hotel bien en general, ya había estado antes, pero la chica de recepción me pareció bastante incompetente, ya que tardó más de 10minutos en darnos la habitación, sin que hubiera nadie más en recepción. Además, luego fue bastante borde cuando volvimos de cenar y tuvo que abrirnos la puerta, que no lo hizo ella, sino otros huéspedes que estaban esperando el checkin en recepción.

Midden in het oude centrum, De keuze die wij hadden bij het inchecken.,1 of 2 bedden. Wij kregen er drie ,grote kamer dus. Weliswar met bad maar douchegel alles was aanwezig. Mogelijk waarschijnlijk i.v.m. tijd medio febr. Ook konden wij morgens al in het appartement.

Noisy room, poor WiFi

My room was above a door that was slammed REALLY F***ING HARD every 30 seconds or so, well into the night. The WiFi was intermittent. Ten years ago that was forgivable. Nice people in reception, but what I want from a hotel room is quiet, and WiFi, and this hotel had neither of any quality.

Очень услужливый персонал, во всем стараются помочь.В номере очень хорошая кровать, стол, телевизор, шкаф. Хорошая сантехника, ванна, биде, фен. Хороший Wi-Fi. Самый центр, до собора 3 минуты. Его колокола слышно каждые 15 минут, но к этому быстро привыкаешь (от 23 до 8.00 не звонят). Тихо (если хорошие соседи). Очень чисто, полотенца меняют каждый день. Можно взять завтрак, скромный, но кофе варят отлично. Хотелось бы еще холодильник в номер.

The front desk staff were friendly, but they could not help me with simple things like making the thermostat work. So the room was too hot—as in awfully hot and humid due to lack of air movement. I just as in five cities over three weeks and commutation was never as hard as here—and many of my stays were with folks who didn’t speak American English.

Hotel en pleno centro de Murcia, recepción 24 horas, personal muy amable, dispone de desayuno sencillo, pero muy económico, también de menú del día ( este no lo probé pero también muy económico). Ideal para ver el casco antiguo de la ciudad. Lo principal, Catedral, Casino, Gran Vía, etc está a menos de 5 minutos andando.

Excellent.

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, only comments would be there is a little water damage on the ceiling (no problem but detracts a little) there is no clip in the shower so you have to hold the shower faucet up yourself and the AC was not working, it was not hot, but pretty stuffy in the room.
