"Karras Livin was perfect for what we needed. Room size was fine and location was great. Pool was occasionally a little dirty so we used the pool at the hotel sometimes. Staff friendly. Cleaner always came when we were sleeping so room was only cleaned once during two weeks. Would have liked some fresh towels/bin bags/toilet rolls left outside room as we had to fend for ourselves with these items
Great stay overall and would return. "
"It was really good, great location with a small supermarket nearby. Food was great and a nice breakfast buffet. Great price for it all and we all liked the place a lot."
"The staff was amazing and also the towels for beach and swimming pools were always available and super clean smelling fresh. The food was also really good. Would love to visit this place again!"
"Perfect get away. Lovely views. Access to the quietest beach on the island and walking distance to some restaurants although a car does come in handy"
"Great hotel the beach was fantastic the only negative is they do not provided pool towels but the restaurant for lunch excellent and staff friendly and hotel property very clean "
"The hotel and environment is paradise if you want to relax with style and no tourism "rambazamba". The owners and employees were lovely. Thanks a lot!"

"This was a great resort experience if you enjoy being pampered and presented with everything you need for an enjoyable vacation, like we did given it was our first time on Zakynthos island and didn’t know much about it. Amazing staff, beautiful rooms, great service. Pool and pool bar/restaurant was excellent. Concierge was very helpful. Nice short walk to the beach/beach bars. Now that we know more about the island we would opt for a more local/Greek experience next time, but this is a personal preference."
"Wow this place is amazing! The space is beautiful, we had a private pool with a view of the ocean and loved every minute of it. The people running the hotel are so thoughtful and make it unbelievably nice. Vicky in particular gave us consent delicious recommendations that did not miss! We had some of the best food in Greece thanks to her! There is every amenity you could want in the hotel and they will drive you up and down the hill to the town which has tons of cute restaurants and shops and some really good dessert spots. And anything you need, you can request through their app, it's so convenient and easy! And at night really it's so relaxing and beautiful, you won't regret staying here. "

10/10 Excellent
"From the welcoming to the all out staff friendliness throughout the stay (from reception, to porters (Panagiotis) and pool bar (afroditi) to the tranquility of the setting, the food, rooms , everything was perfect "
"The hotel is in the centre of Zakynthos town, close to excellent local family run restaurants. Parking is a challenge as the hotel does not have onsite parking. The breakfast is very good with sufficient options to eat healthily (ie high protein options - boiled eggs and fresh yogurt)."
"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful hotel! For our 25th anniversary, they surprised us with an upgrade from the standard Contessina Hotel to Contessina Suites and Spa and gave us a room with our own private pool, it was absolutely amazing. They also welcomed us with a bottle of wine and provided several great discounts throughout the hotel.
The included breakfast was a highlight, with fresh-squeezed juices and a delicious spread I looked forward to every morning.
But the best part? The staff who were all friendly, helpful, and genuinely courteous.
Don’t even hesitate — stay here. Highly recommended!"
"Every staff at this hotel is friendly and helpful especially the receptionists that made our holiday enjoyable and pleasant. I extremely appreciate the reception manager (Sira) that made our holiday very memorable. I want to commend all the staff for how much they made our experience very good and I would recommend others to book this hotel, the food was lovely, the service was top notch. If I were to come back to this area this hotel would be my first pick."
