"We loved the room and the staff was wonderful! It was also very close to old town and whenever we got tired, we could just head back to the hotel and rest for a bit. The only thing was because it was a little warm for us (weather-wise), we left the window open and we could hear kids heading home from partying until 4 AM. Unfortunately we were there Friday and Saturday nights. "

Prawie godzinne opóźnienie w zameldowaniu spowodowane nieprzygotowanym pokojem, brak sprzątania na następny dzień, a nawet zapytania czy jest potrzebne oraz nieopróżniony kosz w łazience po poprzednim gościu. Obsługa z recepcji przeprasza gościa za opóźnienie co ponownie świadczy o wysokiej jakości personelu i szacunku do klienta.
